Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE VALE SQUARE TR 3764 NE (north side) 12/391 No. 15 13.8.68 GV II House. 1840's. Rendered with slate roof with Greek Revival details. Three storeys and basement with pilaster quoins and pilasters flanking central window bay. Cornice to roof with stacks to end left and to end right. Regular fenestration of 3 sashes with vertical glazing bar in tact to 2nd and 1st floors, and 2 large sashes with vertical glazing bars to ground floor with moulded cornice, sill and balconies. Central double glazed doors with rectangular fanlight in porch with pilasters and cornice at head of 5 steps. Two sashes to basement. Simple hand rail to steps and area. (Part of J.C.
