The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE BROAD STREET TR 3865 SW (east side) 9/69 Tomb chest to Elizabeth Biggs and Thomas Grundy about 30 metres north of Church of St. George GV II Tomb chest to Elizabeth Biggs (d.1811) and Thomas Grundy (d.1816). Stone. Simple base to plinth, with incised panelled side piers, fielded side panels with chamfered corners. Simple heavy top slab.
