Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE HIGH STREET TR 3765 SE (south-west side) 8/181 No. 154 and 13.8.68 forecourt GV II House and surgery. Late C18. Stock brick. Three storeys with attic and basement with cill bands to each floor and parapet to roof with flat roofed dormer and stack to right. Three sashes to 2nd floor, 3 glazing bar sashes to 1st floor and 2 to ground floor and 1 to basement, all with rendered heads. Door of 6 raised and fielded panels to left in panelled recessed porch, with blocked traceried rectangular fanlight and pilastered surround. Flight of 5 curving moulded steps with simple rails. Low wall to forecourt with cast iron fleur-de-lys rails to left hand section.
