Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE ALBION PLACE TR 3864 NW (north-west side) 13/42 No. 10, with railed area 13.9.74 GV II Terrace house. 1789-92. Stock brick part rendered and painted, and slate roof. Four storeys and basement with rustic base and parapet, and stack to left. Two sashes with gauged heads to 3rd and 2nd floors, and 2 French windows on 1st floor with wooden casement to left. Tented verandah with trellised piers, valancing and Gothick rails. Two sashes on ground floor, and half-glazed door to right with semi-circular fanlight and 5 steps. Sash with vertical glazing bars and outer door to basement. Simple rails to steps, spear head rails to area, with baluster finial principals.
