Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE ALBION PLACE TR 3864 NW (north-west side) 13/47 No. 2 and railed area 13.9.74 GV II Terrace house. 1789-92. Rendered, with slate roof. Four storeys attic and basement, with rusticated base, and cornice and parapet with stack to left and large C20 dormer. Three sashes on 3rd and 2nd floors, and 3 French windows on 1st floor, with tented verandah with trellised iron piers, iron valancing and heart and wheel rails, on scrolled brackets. Two sashes on ground floor, and boarded door with moulded four centred arched head, with rectangular fanlight and flight of 5 steps. Two sashes and door to basement, with simple rails to steps and to basement area, with baluster finial principals and ramped gate rail.
