The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE NELSON CRESCENT TR 3864 NW 13/267 No. 9 and railed Area 3.10.77 GV II Terrace house. 1798-1801. White stock brick, painted on ground floor, with slate roof. Four storeys and basement with parapet and stack to centre left. Three sashes with gauged heads on 2nd and 3rd floors. Three full-height sashes on 1st floor with verandah of 3 elliptical arches with valancing on turned piers, with simple iron balustrade, on wooden brackets. Two sashes on ground floor with gauged heads, and door of 6 raised and fielded panels to right with semi-circular fanlight and pilaster and entablature to surround at head of flight of 4 steps. Sash with vertical glazing bars to basement, and panelled outer door. Spear head rails with urn-finial principals.
