The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE NELSON CRESCENT TR 3864 NW 13/270 No. 13 and railed Area 3.10.77 GV II Terrace house. 1798-1801. White stock brick with slate roof. Four storeys and basement with parapet to roof with stack to centre left. Two sashes with gauged heads on 3rd floor with central sunk panel, and 2 sashes with gauged heads on 2nd floor. Glazed door to left and 2 full height sashes on first floor, the upper leaves with glazing bars, with verandah of 3 elliptical bays with wrought iron piers of clasped rings, and CHINOISERIE geometric wrought iron balustrade. Two sashes on ground floor with painted gauged heads, and door of 5 panels to right with rectangular fanlight and surround with attached Doric columns and cornice, at head of flight of 4 steps. Mullioned window and boarded outer door to basement. Spear head rails with urn finial principals.
