Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE HIGH STREET TR 3765 SW ST. LAWRENCE (north-west side) 7/216 Headstone fixed to churchyard wall about 25 metres south of Church of St. Laurence GV II Headstone. Dated 1739. About 3 feet high. The inscription plaque (largely illegible) is raised with enriched side pieces. Rocaille scalloped head with broken outline, containing shallow relief of Adam and Eve and the serpent and apple tree, a unique motif in churchyard monuments in this area.
