Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE THE PARAGON TR 3864 SW 19/287 No. 8 and railed Area 13.9.74 GV II Terrace house. Circa 1816. Rendered with slate roof. Four storeys basement and attic with parapet to roof with stacks to left and right and flat roofed dormer. Two sashes on 2nd and 3rd floors. Two French windows on first floor with verandah with pierced piers, wrought iron valancing and geometric wrought iron rails. Bow window to basement and ground floor with 2 sashes with vertical glazing bars and half-glazed door to right with semi-circular fanlight in moulded surround at head of flight of 5 steps.
