The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE THE PLAINS OF TR 3865 SE WATERLOO (west side) 10/317 No. 67 and railed area 21.9.84 GV II Terrace house. Circa 1818. Stock brick, part rendered. Three storeys and basement with cill band to 1st floor and parapet with stack to right. Segmentally headed glazing bar sash on 2nd floor and 2 storey canted bay with glazing bar sashes in moulded architraves with moulded cornices and, panelled aprons. Door of 5 panels to left in semi-circular surround. Glazing bar sash to basement. Simple rails to steps and hooped rails to area. Shown on Collard and Hurst's 1822 map.
