The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE BROAD STREET TR 3865 SW (east side) 9/65 Tomb chest to Francis Lemm, about 5 metres north west of Church of St. George GV II Tomb chest to Francis William Lemm, d. 1851. Stone. Neo-classical style. Weathered plinth double stepped and moulded, on base, with incised corner piers with capitals supporting top slab with 4 pedimented faces enriched with simple scrolls and foliation. Raised and fielded side panels with hollow chamfered corners.
