Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE BROAD STREET TR 3865 SW (east side) 9/63 Nos. 13-19 (odd numbers) with railed area GV II Terrace row. Circa 1830. Stock brick part painted, and slate roof. Three storey and basement central block with 2 storey and basement flanking wings, with parapets and doubled stacks to right and left of main block. Four sashes on 2nd floor, on 1st floor, with glazing bars in part surviving. Four bows to basement and ground floors, each with 2 sashes, glazing bars surviving intact to left, vertical bars only elsewhere. End right bow painted on 1st floor, all others on basement only. Half-glazed door to left and 6 panelled door to right with semi-circular surround, and flights of 4 and 5 steps with simple rails. All openings with gauged heads. C20 rails to basement areas. Boarded doors with glazing bar sash over on return elevations.
