The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE LIVERPOOL LAWN TR 3684 NW (east side) 13/249 Nos. 34 + 35 (Liverpool Villa and Liverpool 13.8.68 House) and Railings GV II House pair. 1836-40. Stock brick and slate roof. Built back to back with bows towards the sea and entrance to Liverpool Lawn. No. 34, 3 storeys and basement with parapet and stack to left. Regular fenestration of 3 sashes to 2nd and 1st floors, with gauged, cambered heads, and 2 to ground floor with painted heads. Central door of 6 raised and fielded panels with Doric columnar door jambs with semi-circular wheel fanlight in triple rebated surround and 2 steps. Basement openings to left and to right. Full height bow to right return, with sash on 2nd floor, double French windows on first floor with balcony and Gothick panel cast iron rails, and French doors to ground floor. Identical bow to right of this, projecting somewhat further, belonging to no. 35, with simple rails to forecourt. Main elevation of no. 35 of 3 storeys with parapet and stack to right. Blocked windows, central lancet and sash on 2nd floor, 2 sashes and narrow central sash on 1st floor, wooden casement and sash on ground floor, with central C20 panelled door, with columned jambs and semi-circular fanlight in triple rebated surround, and sidelights to right.
