C18.Cottage. Red brick ground floor, weather-boarded 1st floor. Half-hipped tiled roof, with tile-hung west gable and central ridge stack. 2 storeys. Irregular fenestration of C19 and C20 casements. Large later entrance porch to north. Later addition to south. Included as a good example of domestic building of modest regional type.
