Cottage. C18. Brick with stone quoins. Half-hipped plain tiled roof, with 1 ridge stack to right, 1 end stack to left. 2 storeys, 2 windows, fenestra- tion altered. 1 triple casement on 1st floor to left, with canted bay below. Small casement to right on both floors. Central modern porch. Catslide to rear. Included as a good example of modest domestic building of traditional regional type.
