House, now office. Circa 1820. Yellow brick with boxed eaves to shallow pyra- midally hipped slate roof. 3-storey, 3 bays, glazing bar sashes. Central doorway with panelled half-glazed door and Tuscan-columned projecting porch with flat cornice hood.
