Cottage. C17. Random rubble plinth below, exposed framing on ground floor with some brick and some plaster infilling, tile-hung. First floor. Hipped plain tiled roof with gablet to west off-ridge chimney to west. Catslide extension to right, later extension to left, random rubble with weatherboarding. Two storeys; 2 windows, casements, 2-light on first floor, 3-light on ground floor. Entrance on left-hand extension.
