The Bower House
II
House. Possibly C16 structure, refronted in C18, with C19 garden elevation. Painted brick with plain tiled roof, ridge stack, and stacks and 4 gabled dormers. Two return gables on garden elevation, flanking small central timber-framed section. Main elevation of 2 storeys and attic; 4 windows, glazing bar sashes. C20 projecting tiled weather-porch. Later additions on right-hand end.
