Bourne Cottage GV II
Cottage. C18, with C19 extension to east. Random rubble with galletting and red brick dressings. Plain tiled roof, hipped to east, with west end stack. Two storeys; irregular 3 window facade, casements. Two ground floor windows to right have segment-head surrounds. Hexagonal bay window to left. Two storey extension to east, red brick ground floor with weatherboarded first floor. Included for group value only.
