1.8.52 Lower Roughway Farmhouse GV II
Cottage pair, now one cottage. Late C18. Red brick with plain tiled roof brought down as catslide to left. Ridge stack and 2 small dormers. Two storeys and attic; irregular 3 window front, odd casements and sashes. Two entrances in centre, door to left panelled with flat projecting hood. T-shape in plan with projecting 2-storey wing to rear, rubble stone with red brick dressings.
