TQ 65 NW PLATT POTASH LANE 2/21 (north side)
Patchways GV II
Cottage. Dated 1637, but incorporating earlier framed structure. C18 facade to south of random rubble stone with galletting and red brick quoins and dressings to windows. Plain tiled roof, half-hipped to west, with east end stack. Two storeys; 2 window front, casements. Central half-glazed door. L-shape in plan with catslide and wing to rear and tiled gabled porch to west.
