BURHAM CP TQ 76 SW 4/114 Burham Court

House. C16 with C19 additions. Red and blue brick with timber-framed covered by plaster on 1st floor of south wing. Plain tiled roofs with central ridge stack to south and end stack to west. L-plan. 2 storeys; irregular fenestration of 2 windows on south wing and 2 windows on west wing, those on the latter wing to right canted out to meet C19 2-storey block in the angle with hipped roof. Entrance in west wing at angle of blocks; half-glazed door. Interior: substan- tial evidence of timber-framing.

Desk based assessment composed in July 2002. House dating to C16th with C19th extensions containing substantial timber framing. The structure is of timber fram, red and blue brick, plaster andplain tiles. There is a central ridge stack and an end stack within an L plan on 2 storeys. (1)
