Desk based assessment composed in July 2002. (1)

A historic building appraisal was conducted in 2019 ahead of proposed change of use from agricultural to use as an office. “The barn at Burham Court Farm is a relatively well preserved example of a late eighteenth-century agricultural barn. The structure survives largely as built, however, its frame has seen significant repairs, but these have frequently been executed in a like-for-like manner, original timbers being replaced with newer material". In 2021, a heritage statement was completed to support a proposal to conserve and reconstruct the historic farm buildings at Burham Court Farmstead for business related use. (3)
