WOULDHAM CP HIGH STREET TQ 76 SW (east side) 4/236 1.8.52 Nos 244-246 (even), (Wouldham Court Farmhouse)

House, now divided. C16 with mid C18 block to front. Dark grey brick on red brick plinth. Boxed eaves to plain tiled roof with gable parapets, kneelers and end stacks. 3 storeys; regular 5 bay front with glazing bar sashes and open boxes. Central entrance in pilastered surround with entablature hood. Boarded door. C16 wing to rear, the original farmhouse. Timber-framed with central valley to hipped roof. 3 dormers, one on roof of C18 block in valley between C16 wing roof ridges.
