Cottage. Later C16. Random rubble plinth to red brick ground floor with tiled coping over. Exposed framing on 1st floor with plaster infilling and some curved braces on 1st floor. Plain tiled roof, hipped to right, half-hipped to left with large gablet. Central stack off-ridge to rear. 2 storeys; 4-window 1st floor, 3-window ground floor. 2 C20 boarded doors, 1 at extreme right, 1 in centre. Wing to right at rear.
