Cottage, formerly the Phoenix Public House. C18 Painted roughcast with weather-boarding above. Hipped tiled roof with catslide to rear. Lean-to addition to west towards road. 2 storeys, 2 window facade with irregular fenestration of modern casements. Door with flat projecting hood on brackets.
