Cottage. Early C19. Ground-floor red brick with grey headers, 1st floor weather-boarded. Plain tiled gabled roof with end stacks. Catslide addition to north-east. 2 storeys, 3 window facade. Casement windows. Central door- way with boarded door. Included as a good example of modest domestic building of traditional regional type.
