House. 1840. Red brick with hipped slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 window facade. Sash windows without glazing bars. Central doorcase with pilasters and rectangular fanlight. 6 panelled door, top 2 panels cut away and glazed. Built as the house of the owner of the Phoenix Brewery.
