Cottage. Early C19. Red brick ground floor, tile-hung 1st floor. Plain tiled roof, half-hipped to west with end stacks. 2 storeys, 2-window front. Case- ment windows. Central boarded door. Catslide roof to rear. Included as a good example of modest domestic building of traditional regional type.
