TQ 65 NW PLATT LONDON ROAD 2/3 (south side)
Nepicar Cottage GV II
Cottage. C17 framed structure with west wing. Some visible timber-framing. Ground floor partly of red brick and partly of galletted random rubble stone. Weather-boarded first floor. Half-hipped plain tiled roof with ridge stack on west wing. Wing tile-hung on first floor with half-hipped roof and catslide to north. Two storeys; irregular fenestration, 2 windows on first floor and one on ground floor, casements. Entrance with modern glazed door to left. Included as a good example of modest domestic building of traditional regional type.
