Office. C18. Ground floor red brick, 1st floor weatherboarded. Old tiled roof, half-hipped to right with brick chimneystack to left. Elevation to Mill Yard has two 16-pane sashes, 2 doorcases with cornices and 6-panelled doors. 4 C20 windows to ground floor. End elevation to Swan Street has gable with one 12-pane sash, 2 16-pane sashes and C20 shopfront.
