The following text is from the original listed building designation:
In the entry for HILDENBOROUGH NIZELS LANE (West Side) 1/166 Pool south east of Nizels House, between the Buddha and sunken garden.
The third sentence of the description shall be amended to read "An oval pool with a wide stone rim". deleting "and a small lead statue in the centre".

Garden pool. Early C20 and part of an Edwardian garden which is probably contemporary with the remodelling of Nizels House.
An oval pool with a wide stone rim and a small lead statue in the centre.
Included for group value with other listed garden structures.
