Grade II listed building. House built early 19th century, now offices. It has two storeys plus attics and a six window range. It is stuccoed at ground floor level with incised lines to imitate masonry and has a hipped slate roof. The two attached pavilions are late twentieth century, built for Fidelity International and are not included in the listing.

Offices, formerly house. Early C19. Stuccoed with ground floor incised lines to imitate masonry. Hipped slate roof with central stuccoed chimneystack. 3 storeys and attics; 6 windows. 2nd floor has 9-pane sashes, 1st floor has 12-pane sashes and ground floor has 15-pane sashes. Band between ground and 1st floors. Side elevations have 1 cambered dormers with 6-pane sash and 1 sash and 2 blanks. Attached on either side are pavilions of a late C20 building for Fidelity International which does not form part of the listing. The interior contains entrance hall with 4 Tuscan coloured 4 marble fireplaces and staircase with stick balusters and mahogany handrail.
