Description from record TQ 65 NW 25:
[TQ 6296 5978] Wrotham Water (NAT) (1) Two bee-boles, probably Elizabethan, are built into a dismantled chimney-stack on the south wall of the mainly Elizabethan house at Wrotham Water. (2) Wrotham Water is a brick two-storeyed house of c.1700 date; it is of little architectural interest. The so-called bee-boles are a later addition, in a similar brick, to the south front of the house. Property of the National Trust. GP: AO/59/188/8.(3) TQ 65 NW WROTHAM C.P. WROTHAM WATER ROAD (west side) 5/17 Wrotham Water Farmhouse II Farmhouse. C16 in origin with C18 and C19 elevations. South front: Red and blue brick with tile-hanging in gables of end return wings. Half-hipped plain tiled roof with 2 hipped dormers and 2 ridge stacks. 2 storeys and attics; irregular fenestration of casement windows. Central door. Steep-pitched catslide extension to rear with projecting wing to right and C20 brick porch to left. (4) Not mentioned in The Buildings of England. (5) TQ 629597. Wrotham Water. 260 acres, mainly farmland given by a friend of the Trust in 1947. (6)

Steep-pitched catslide extension to rear with projecting wing to right and C20 brick porch to left.
