Summary

Grade I listed building. Main construction periods 1160 to 1999 Summary from record TQ 65 NE 70: The three properties were once part of one large stone building dating to the later 12th century. It was probably related to the Benedictine Abbey of St Mary. It incorporates a 15th century chamber wing and other ranges which, by the 16th century were linked to the earlier stone building. In the early 17th century it was the site of the Bull Inn. By the late 18th century the buildings were split and under separate ownership.
