Cottage. C18. Random rubble stone with rusticated red brick quoins and red brick dressings. Boarded eaves to plain tiled valley roof with single odd dormer to right and end stack to right. Two storeys and attic; 2 windows, casements. Central first floor small oblong recessed panelora modern glazed door. Included as a good example of modest domestic building of traditional regional type.
