Grade II listed building.Mid 19th century building, listed as a Wagon store but described by the Kent Farmstead Survey as a fattening shed. Stone rubble with brick dressings; west gable end brick; peg-tile roof, hipped at east end and gabled at west. Three bays with wooden bracketted supports to north.

Wagon-store. Mid c19. Random rubble with red brick dressings. Plain tiled hipped roof. Three bays with wooden braketted supports to north. Included for group value only.
