Cottage. C16, restored in C20. L-shape in plan with wing on north side. C18 coursed rubble stone elevations with red brick dressings except for exposed framing on first floor of west end, north side of main block and west side of north wing. West side jetty underbuilt and blocked in red brick. Hipped plain tiled roofs with central ridge stack to main block. Two storeys; irregular 3 window front, casement. Entrances at rear.
