Cottage C18. Brick ground floor, tile-hung 1st floor with some exposed framing at east end. Tiled roof, hipped to left with ridge stack, half-hipped to right with end stack. 2 storeys, 3 windows, modern casements. Entrance at rear. Catslide to rear, lean-to addition to right.
