House. C18 facade to earlier building. Rough cast and colour-washed elevation. Sides and rear in mixture of brick and weather-boarding. Cement plinth to facade, parapet to concealed roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, single glazing bar sashes above tripartite sashes on ground floor. Central entrance with flat projecting hood and margin over light above door. Part catslide to rear, beside rear wing. Formerly the Black Lion Public House.
