Former hall-house, now cottage. Attached to No 74 at left. C16 with C19 elevations. Timber-framed and plastered with hipped plain tiled roof and short brick stack to left at junction with No 74 to left. 2 storeys; 1 window front, glazing bar sashes. Small oriel at right end on 1st floor over large lattice window. C20 panelled door, door to left of this window.
