2. Timber framed, 2 storey building. Overhang at first floor with a moulded bressummer at the front end, and at the protruding ends of the floor joists at the end of this. Timbering exposed on the first floor with plaster infill. Ground floor refaced in stucco. All windows modem, Eaves cornice, tiled roof.
