SOUTHBOROUGH HOLDEN ROAD (south side) 4/2 27-10-50 No 27 (Holden Cottage) - II
Late C18 or early C19 farmhouse. Red brick with grey headers; modillion eaves cornice to tiled roof. 2 storeys and attic. 2 gabled dormers. 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars intact. Off-centre doorway with pilaster surround pediment. Door of 6 moulded and fielded panels, fanlight over.
