The north wing is of 2 storeys with 3 sashes and a verandah on the ground floor with stone entablature over. South wing, which forms a canted bay projection is of 3 storeys with 3 sashes. Nos 1 to 24 (consec) form a group with Keston Lodge and Victoria Lodge.

(Sited to TQ 589639916 from OS 1:1250 1973) 1746 CALVERLEY PARK 2. The layout of Calverley Park and the individual houses in it were designed by Decimus Burton. The general design was made in 1828 and the houses were built during the next 10 years.
