The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. BERKELEY ROAD l746 (North West Side) Nos 11 and 13 TQ 5838 NW 1/110 II GV 2. A mid C19 pair. 2 storeys and basement red brick with some grey headers. Slate roof. 2 sashes in all with glazing bars intact and cambered heads. The ground floor to No 11 has an inserted modern bow. Simple doorcase with weatherhoods on brackets. 1 step each. Nos 11 to 17 (odd) and Nos 23 and 23A form a group together with Nos 2 and 3 Berkeley Place.
