The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. GROVE HILL ROAD 1746 (South Side) No 58 TQ 5839 SG 7/203 II GV. 2. Circa 1860. 3 storeys and basement stuccoed. Hipped slate roof. 2 sashes, 1 set back to the right hand side. Stringcourses. Venetian shutters to 1 window bay on the lower floors. Simple round-headed doorcase. Nos 58 to 74 (even) form a group.
