The following text is from the original listed building designation:
LANGTON ROAD 1. 1746 Nos 1 to 3 TQ 53 NE 10/232 II GV 2. Mid C19. 2 storeys plastered with applied eclectic timber-framing. The side elevations are tile-hung. Tiled roof with 2 hipped dormers, each having fretted bargeboards. 2 3-light casements and central hipped porch, tile-hung with curved bargeboards. Nos 1 to 11 (odd) form a group.
