The following text is from the original listed building designation:
HORSMONDEN HAYMANS HILL TQ 74 SW (north side) 1/52 Oasthouse about 50 metres west of Haymans Hill GV II
Oasthouse. Early C19. Timber framed and weather boarded first floor on red brick ground floor with red brick roundels and plain tiled roofs. Two storey stowage with half-hipped roof and with wooden casements and door openings on ground floor. Three roundels to rear with brick corbelled eaves and cowls with winding vanes. Under preparation for conversion at time of survey and included for group value.
