HAWKHURST THE MOOR TQ 7429-7529 (south side)
18/378 Three chest tombs, 2 to 5 metres north of Church of St Lawrence GV II Three chest tombs. Early C18. Identical chest tombs with ogee moulded bases, double ogee moulded corner piers, raised surrounds to side panels, and reverse ogee moulded top slabs. The two nearest the church on double stepped platforms, that furthest away sunk slightly into the ground.
