10/289 Netters Hall GV II House. C18. Red brick and slate roof. Two storeys and attic with hipped roof and central pedimented projection, with stacks to left and to right. Venetian window in pediment, and 4 glazing bar sashes to first floor, with glazing bar sashes to left and to right on ground floor and panelled door to right of centre, the central projection with large multi-pane window. The unbalanced disposition of the facade may indicate an earlier core. The building is divided between Benenden and Hawkhurst Civil Parishes and is also listed only under Benenden Civil Parish, where it is fully described.

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BENENDEN TQ73SE NINEVEH LANE 1350-0/2/81 Netters Hall 20/06/67 II House. Late C18 or early C19. Red brick with grey headers. Hipped slate roof with 2 brick chimneystacks and moulded wooden eaves cornice. 2 storeys and attics. 4 windows. Central 2 bays project slightly with pediment above with Venetian window. lst-floor windows are 9 pane sashes with shutters. Ground floor has central tripartite window with 24-panes flanked by 12-pane sashes. Doorcase has porch with 8 bamboo-type columns and 6 panelled door, the top 2 panels glazed.
